Training and Professional Development
Our company has established its own school for teaching and advanced vocational training of automatic and semi-automatic welding used in the construction of underwater cross-country pipelines. It is located at the production complex "Left Bank," which is situated on the left bank of the Northern Dvina River directly opposite Arkhangelsk's city center.
To date, the school has provided training for over 200 young professionals. With diplomas of successful completion of their training, they have all received offers to join MRTS JSC, as well.
The school at the "Left Bank" is the only school in Russia that trains specialists for underwater welding. This educational institution is licensed in accordance with international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and Gazprom STO 9001-2018.
